About Teodora

Do you ever feel stuck or lost in an internal battle? Do you want to make changes but are unsure of where to begin? Teodora is here to support you through any journey you may be experiencing. Therapy can seem intimidating, but she strives to make it a safe place so you can express your inner experiences in a way that is genuine to you.

Being a first-generation immigrant from Macedonia, Teodora can relate to the internal battles many of us face: the hard questions we ask ourselves to uncover our true values and beliefs, the weight of our emotions, and the vulnerability that comes with honest self-reflection. These things can be hard to face, but with someone in your corner advocating for your voice and helping you find your strengths, you do not have to face those deep thoughts alone.

Therapeutic Approach

Teodora takes a collaborative, person-centred approach where you are the expert of your life. She pulls from a variety of modalities to create a tailored, strength-based treatment plan that is best suited for you.

She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other methodologies. Together, you explore tools and interventions that help build resilience, deepen emotional awareness and regulation, and work towards personal growth.

Teodora believes therapy should be based on trust and should be a safe environment where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and share your unique experiences. Her role is to support you through life's challenges and help you find what feels true to you.
